I’m very selective and only work with qualified clients. I don’t do porn, scams, spam or any other product or service that could be deemed dubious. And of course, I don’t deal with people who want prime rib at cheeseburger prices.

Also, I tend to be brutally honest with my comments and critiques – always in a friendly tone, but I do speak my mind when telling you what doesn’t work and why. Most of my clients, by the way, appreciate this… because they know that I’m only doing it to maximize their bottom line.

I only write copy for products or services that I believe in. For that reason, I do ask that when viable, you send me your product for personal use. This helps me understand your product better and write more powerful and engaging sales copy. Exceptions are made, when the product is too expensive (like a $35,000 industrial knitting machine) or when the product is something I could not possibly use (like a set of eye-surgery scalpels.)

Upon receiving your payment, I’ll send you a proprietary questionnaire (around 30 questions) to get more details about your business, your product, your target audience and the goals for the copywriting piece. You’ll have one week to carefully answer the questions and send them back.

As soon as I receive your answers, I’ll dive in and start working non-stop on your project. Once it’s finished I’ll send it to you for review. You’ll have 10 days to read it, analyze it and suggest any changes you want me to make. I’ll revise it and send a second draft to you.

Finally, when this second version is delivered, you’ll have two full months to actually use the copy and test it live to see just how well it converts (60 days is normally more than enough to measure the response). I’m sure you will be thrilled…

If you are still not 100% satisfied, I’ll take yet another swing at it and revise the copy for a third time. However, if after this third revision, the copy is still not performing for you, we’ll just have to call it quits (for the record, this has never happened).
