Hi,

I'm getting only a small amount of organic traffic on this site, but enough that I should be getting some contacts. I'm offering a free remodeling consultation. People are spending time on the site, but not filling out the contact form and requesting a consultation nor are they calling. What do I need? I'm getting about 12 good, unique visits per week, organic, and would expect to convert 1 of those. Do I need more traffic or does my site just need some tuning?

I'd appreciate any helpful feedback.

The site is http://www.houston-bathroom-remodeling.com

Are the visitors to your website coming from Houston? If they don't live in Houston they may think it isn't worth their time.. in case you don't already know Google Analytics will let you know where people are coming from.

Also I've heard that as far as leads go 1 in 20 is considered to be average.

Anyway my 2 cents.. still new at this though.

Greetings:

Well, is your site a blog or website? That's the first question i asked myself when i saw it. If people think it's a blog, which is what it looks like to me, then to them it's an informational site - and your links and graphics are just sponsored ads.

You may need to put up a separate, proper sales page where you direct people to from this site.

By the way, your testimonials should be on your main page, not on a separate page. Anyway, a page title such as "What People are Saying" is not attention-grabbing. I mean, what people are saying about what? Something like "What Satisfied Customers Say" or "Why People Use Our Service" is much better. In any case, testimonials need to be front and center of your sales pitch.

Cheers.
