I was wondering if you guys knew of any tried-and-true and extremely affordable CMSs for game review sites. I have an old ps3 site (started from pre-ps3 days) for which I have written some content and earned a PR of 4 but is no longer updated. I would like to try out developing it a bit to see if I can muscle into the niche at least a bit. Features I am looking for:

- Ability to post blog-like news items for home page.
- Ability to add news blocks containing headlines from rss feeds on the homepage.
- Ability to (easily) add games. These should be content items with a main page for box art and information, a page for images/screens, and additional review pages.
- Ability to grant certain users (staff writers) access to post/edit games, reviews, and screens; preferably with limited access to other administrative features of the cms.
- I prefer an integrated forum (with good security and seo coding) or ability to integrate popular and reliable free forum software like PHPBB or SMF
- Overall good link, content, and URL structure for seo.
- PHP is prefered as I have some experience with it, but if the cms is friendly enough it is not necessary
